• Managed a large creative team consisting of art directors, visual designers, flash designers, production artists, consultants and vendors. Responsible for performance and career development for direct reports.
• Responsible for cross-functional project team oversight, including team members from content strategy, copywriting, information architecture, flash development and media production (photographers, production coordinators, interns).
• Developed budget and scope estimates for project plans.
• Conceptualized and directed media shoots, both photography and live action (working with casting agencies, storyboard artists, photographers, production assistants and other crew) from beginning to end.
• Participated in high-level integrated communications planning sessions with executives representing various channels within the Parks & Resorts business, including Marketing, Sales, Operations, Guest Services and IT.
• Translated client and guest feedback as well as marketing research and site analytics into innovative, compelling online experiences while maintaining focus on business objectives and brand sensitivities.
